Privacy Policy

Before you publish — read this

This page is a working draft written for a site that uses an email list, Amazon affiliate links and basic analytics. Check it against the tools you actually end up using, and against Spanish and EU rules (GDPR/LOPDGDD), which apply to you as the site owner. If the site takes payments or serves ads later, it needs revising.

Who runs this site

Casa Bea is an independent site operated from Spain. For anything on this page, write to hello@casabeahome.com.

What is collected

Your email address, only if you enter it to receive the Nursery Planner or updates. Used to send you those emails and nothing else. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing deletes you from the list.
Basic, aggregated analytics — pages visited, country, device type. This is used to understand which guides are useful. It is not used to identify you personally.

Cookies and third parties

When you click an affiliate link, the destination site — Amazon, Etsy or another retailer — may set its own cookies to attribute the referral. That happens on their site, under their privacy policy, not mine. Amazon's cookie for this purpose lasts 24 hours.

This site itself sets no advertising or tracking cookies.

Your rights

You can ask at any time to see what data is held about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted entirely — including under the EU General Data Protection Regulation. Write to hello@casabeahome.com and it will be handled within 30 days.

Children

This site is written for adults — parents and people buying for them. It is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect any information from anyone under 16.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date below changes with it.
